The European Studies Program at the University of Virginia is now accepting applications for its MA degree in European Studies.
(Rolling admissions will be considered until May 1, 2018) Please visit our website: http://europeanstudies.as.virginia.edu/
We are delighted that the Council for European Studies has featured our program as part of its Campus Spotlight on the University of Virginia, in the February 2018 issue of its on-line journal EuropeNow (See here the Director's interview about the UVA MA program in European Studies).
The theme of this special issue--"Nationalism, Nativism, and the Revolt against Globalization" aims to connect what happened in Charlottesville this past summer with recent developments in Europe. It was co-edited by Manuela Achilles (Director UVA German Center, UVA History Department), Kryill Kunakhovitch (UVA History Department) and Nicole Shea (Director of the Council for European Studies).
Thank you for forwarding this information to students and colleagues who may be interested in these issues and in finding out more about the University of Virginia’s MA program in European Studies.
